Good article, thanks very much . Look forward to seeing more GenderSmart Solutions » Blog Archive » Women Execs Twice As Likely to Leave Jobs. I thought some of the points though are now a bit outdated. Don't people expect more nowadays?

While I appreciate the article, I struggle with the suggestions always being about how women need to behave better. How about the organizations training people on objective hiring to reduce subjectivity? Solving this problem needs a multi-prong approach - not just telling women that they have to be extra good at what they do!

I just have to say this was probably one of the best blurbs I have read on the subject so far. I don't understand where you get all your data but I am impressed! I am gunna send a few folks to this site to check this out. Amazing, just plain awesome. I am have just started getting into writing articles myself, nothing remotely close to your writing skills (doh) but I'd love for you to take my work in progress sometime! bowfelx series 7 treadmill

Thanks for picking up this article Jane. Reminding employers to fairly evaluate is an important topic. I do think perception is much affected by the degree to which the manager doing the evaluating is on line themselves. The more computer savvy they are, the less reliant they are on physically seeing the employee to understand they are being productive.
